I don't think SAT or ACT is even required to apply to UK universities. Please check the requirements first on the university's websites. You must take the IELTS.

Yes, you can take SAT, there is no eligibility as such. A SAT test taker is usually in his 11th and 12th. SAT is taken to pursue Bachelor's degree in USA.

Your scores are not very competitive so you must target colleges below 30 for better admission chances and scholarship. You must also note that the applications are checked holistically that is your overall profile. I hope your extracurricular activities are strong and you have a good overall profile. The question you are asking is difficult to answer because I have no idea about your whole profile. Even if you take help from a study abroad counselor they will ask you the detailed profile. The test consists of reading, writing and language, maths and an optional essay. You can check the official website of SAT for the updated syllabus, pattern, etc.

Hi, SAT consists of three sections which are maths, reading, and writing. There is an optional essay section. It is paper based test in India. Please check these articles for more details and syllabus:
