Only if you get a very good SAT score will you be able to get a good college. Plus, you must have excellent extracurricular activities, outstanding essays and recommendation letters. No doubt your TOEFL scores must also be impressive.

To get admission in MIT, you need to work extremely hard to build your profile. You must demonstrate the ability to do research, think critically and creatively. SAT is just a small portion of your overall profile. You must have impeccable academics, and diverse extracurricular activities demonstrating a significant level of engagement in them. All said, you must understand that only 2-3% of Indian applicants get accepted at colleges like MIT.

It's not possible to say how much scholarship you will get. It depends on the university and your profile and also on the course.

IIIT H is the best among all. It is even better than many of the IITs in the case of graduation outcomes on the basis of computer Science. It is primarily focused on IT field. Go for it.
