It depends on the university and the country in which you are going. Some ask for both the scores, some only require SAT and an English language eligibility test.

I am sure you will, those grades are good. However, admissions will also depend on your SOP and LOR. You may take the SAT just confirm with the university if they accept SAT and check if they have spring intake or not. The sooner you apply the better.

According to the SAT eligibility 2018, there is no maximum or minimum age limit set by the conducting authority. Although the college board does not prescribe any particular SAT 2018 eligibility criteria.
