Whether you can replace your IT marks with Science marks depends on a few factors:

To get Admission in Chandrashekhar Azad University of Agricultue and Technology you need to go to the offficial website of university.
After that you need to fill up the online admission form provided on the website within the deadline
Incase you have missed deadline contact College administration for further update, they will help you out
The application forms are expected to be available online on the university website csauk.ac.in around April.

NCET is not under CUET instead, there are three different entrance test and you can choose any or all to increase your chance of selection. The three exams are COMEDK, UGCET and KCET.

No, Pimpari Chinchwad college is not under CUET. They take admission through JEE Mains/MHT CET offering a full duration 4 years B.Tech course. One can easily get admission on the basis of JEE Mains and MHT CET rank.
