St. Xavier College Mumbai is the only institute in India, which offers a B.Sc. in Biotechnology and Computational Biology, a 3-year undergraduate course (which is currently changing to 4 years course from June 2025 under NEP) and a 2-year post graduate course by name MSc in Biotechnology. In order to take admission in Delhi University (DU) in regular undergraduate (UG) courses, one now has to have given the CUET (Common University Entrance Test).
