Forgetting your Class 12th school address in the CUET UG form might not impact admission significantly. Check with your desired universities and CUET support to confirm. You may be able to edit the form or provide the address during counseling.

Once you qualify a B.Sc. Nursing entrance examination, the process of completing the admission will follow by the next step generally involved in the activity are counselling, verification of documents, and payment of fee. Nonetheless, the majority of the government colleges and prestigious institutions do require such an exam as NEET, AIIMS Nursing, or state entrance

In order to take admission in Delhi University (DU) in regular undergraduate (UG) courses, one now has to have given the CUET (Common University Entrance Test). Nevertheless, it is possible to have direct admission into programs offered by School of Open Learning (SOL) or Non-Collegiate Women Education Board (NCWEB) without CUET score as well. Moreover, there are some supernumerary quotas, such as Sports, ECA, PwBD, and wards of armed forces personnel or the single girl child category, but even in their case, the formula is usually to pass the CUET and register on CSAS portal.
