DSc eligibility is different for various universities. To be eligible for the DSc course, students must hold a Doctorate Degree (PhD) with at least 2 years of post-doctoral research work. The experience required can be different for some universities. In addition, some colleges and universities require the candidate to have completed their PhD from their university itself.

There are also other colleges that require candidates to publish a certain number of research papers.

The minimum eligibility criteria for BSc course is to pass Class 12 from the Science stream with PCMB subjects from a recognised board. Since, BSc courses are offered in more than 100 specializations, so the %, core subjects, etc., depends on the course specialisation and college offering the course.
