It's a difficult question to answer, getting a job abroad is not easy, you must check if companies will accept open learning qualifications. Competition is tough. If you get hold of projects abroad and if you manage to do a course abroad, you may have a chance.

Hi,
It won't be easy to get into the second year. It will depend on the university's credit point requirements and if you have met them. Also, you completed your Bachelor's through distance and open learning so additional credit point requirements must be met. It is best that you write to universities in the USA and get a clarification.

Hello,
I didn't have any knowledge about DNSIT and haven't got any such college name in google even. It's not like a comparison but I want to tell about Ramaiah Institute of Management. It is providing two programs,i.e. PGDM(autonomous) and MBA. Irrespective of scores, talent has been playing a major role in selecting candidates to become a student.
If you really feel to grab knowledge plus placement (subjected to your efforts), then Ramaiah would be one of th
