You will have to appear for entrance exams conducted by the universities. You can check online for various entrance exams conducted by the relevant authorities. Minimum cut-off percentages may vary for different institutes.

After completion of the nursing course, there are various career opportunities available. The nurses can get jobs in both government and private sectors. Mostly they work in areas like government and private hospitals, nursing homes, old age homes, orphanages, various industries, sanatoriums and armed forces. So, it depends on where your interest lies and then you can take a call accordingly.

Each course in engineering offers its own challenges. Automobile engineering is mostly the same as mechanical engineering, with negligible difference. Mechanical engineering involves the study of design and operation of various machines, whereas automobile engineering also involves the study of machines as well as study of operation of vehicles.

You should be asking chances of getting your visa accepted and not the other way round. To study in US you must also take the SAT and TOEFL. Please get back with these scores for proper guidance. Also your admissions into an US university will depend on your overall profile which includes extracurricular too and not only academics.
