The M.Sc. Nursing course deals with healthcare profession focused on the care of individuals, families, and communities so they may attain, maintain, or recover optimal health and quality of life from conception to death. Hi,
62% is low for Canadian universities and also GRE is not a compulsory requirement. However, check universities like Windsor, Laval University, Dalhousie University, Ryerson University, etc., which are also competitive but may consider.

Both have different opportunities. MS is a more research oriented and academic degree. PGDM is more like a professional course. Which one you choose depends on your career interest.

Yes, you can do an M.Tech if you are interested. After M.Sc degree, you are also eligible to apply for GATE (graduate aptitude test in Engineering) which is for admission into M.Tech.
