Here is the scope of B.Sc fisheries:
A number of job opportunities are available for B.F.Sc. graduates in the government as well as private sector. Talking about the government sector, the prime recruiters are: Fisheries Development Boards (State wise), Food Department (State wise) and Banks.
The Private sector offers much more job opportunities. B.F.Sc. graduates usually get hired by food processing and technology sector, fish breeding farms large and medium in size, aquariums, etc. The average starting salary in case of graduates is between 2 and 4 Lakh rupees per year.

I would advise you to contact your examination department or examination controller office for the details of re-examination or recovery examination. So, you need not worry more and try to strengthen your weaker subjects as soon as possible.

If you want to get a perfect job in the IT sector then you should go for MCA.
M.Sc is also good but if you want to become a teacher then you should go for it.
