Hi Mohd,
You surely can. You will have to start fresh as you're switching from one program to an entire different program and your time spent in B.Sc will be judged as null. You can surely go for B.Tech and have a bright future. Take a wise decision.
All the best.

The thing with M.Sc degree is that, after first year you also have an option to opt for a dual degree i.e. pursue BE in any of the course you like, although that depends on your CGPA after the first year.
The duration of such integrated dual degrees is 5 years.
However, you can also continue with your only M.Sc degree for 4 years.
The advantage of dual degree is that you can continue your love for pure Sciences as well as gain a BE degree also with one additional year.
Some of the duals like CS + maths or CS+ bio or M.Sc Economics will provide you an additional advantage for your job profile.
