Agriculture is a growing field especially with various initiatives being taken by the government to improve this field. However, the job scope for agriculture diploma candidates is limited. Hence it is advisable to pursue higher studies like B.Sc or Post Graduate Diploma courses to enhance your career options.

Hi Anaya,
Both are equally good courses you have to choose according to your interest only. The veterinarians are in high demand in countries like Canada, US, Australia, etc. The career scope of veterinary science is large and is growing faster day by day as people tend to become pet-friendly in nature. The veterinarians work in private clinics, animal hospitals, and laboratories.

Of course you can, but for that, you need to publish at least two papers in journals, in publications and need to qualify for CSIR or NET to work under a research scientist in research institutes like CSIR, NAAB & different universities in India or you may clear GMAT and apply for research fellowship in foreign countries along with Ph.D. All the best!

Dear Himanshi,
It would be my suggestion to go for organic chemistry instead go for food science and technology. It would better if you choose Organic chemistry instead of food science bcoz in companies every body asks you the question why did you join in food science instead of chemistry or related groups. Then you should in a position to explain those questions. My suggestion is to go for M.Sc chemistry or organic chemistry. Opportunities in chem & Organic chem are really good in the pharma industry. All the best.

Niharika, you should opt for B.Sc (Hons.). Hons. course is always better than Pass/ General course. The difference lies in the fact that you can specialise in a certain subject in B.Sc(Hons), whereas, B.Sc (pass/general) gives you an overview of all those subjects taught in the honours course.
After graduation go for Post graduation or B.Ed to start your teaching career.
There are many good private universities around like LPU, MMU, SMU, etc that are offering B.Sc IT.
Among them, LPU tends to be best Placement-wise. University prepares its students for placements through special inputs in the form of placement classes. Students have been
