Seven Islands Maritime Training Institute offers several certificate courses. Diploma in Nautical Sciences (DNS) is one of the flagship courses provided at SIMTI. The seat intake for the SIMTI DNS course is 160. DNS is offered in full-time mode in affiliation to Indian Maritime University (IMU). To get admission to the DNS (Diploma in Nautical Sciences) certificate course, candidates are required to appear in the IMU CET exam.
