Various courses and entrance exams: This is the issue that is faced by almost all students. The fact is that entrance examinations are conducted, whenever there is mismatch between what is offered and what is sought. IIT or IIM seats are in limited numbers, but admission seekers are in multiple times the availability of seats. Hence, entrance exam is conducted. This is the reason for NEET also. In many states, thousands of seats in engineering colleges are not getting filled, then there is no use of any entrance exam. For becoming a pilot, one needs to join a flying school. Out of the two options given above, only one gives training to become Pilot and that is Flytech Aviation Academy of Secunderabad. With the shifting of commercial air operations to the newly constructed Shamsabad airport, Begumpet airfield is now available for training purpose and Flytech is fully taking advantage of it. Also, due to this here budding pilots can expect to complete their required and mandatory flying of 200 hours without any issues. Thus, the time required for getting the liscence is reduced to the minimum. This enables the student to get employment with an airlines quickly as compared with his counterparts in other flying academies that don't have such exclusive airfields. Thus, it can be seen that Hindustan Aviation Academy is for different skill based training in field of Aviation, but not in flying training. Hence, students must choose Flytech.

You stated rightly that despite the Aviation sectors in India is at the rising stage, still there are many people who have obtained their pilot degree and unfortunately didn't get the job. Following may be the reasons:
(#) Understand this from the economic point of view. The rate at which the number of airlines are increasing (or the rate at which the aviation sector is ascending) is much slower and shorter than the rate at which the academy are producing pilots. Hence, extra pilots were unemployed.
(#) Pilot's students generally think that after obtaining CPL license, the work is done. But, it's not true. Real job start afterwards. Different airlines industries have different set of criteria. If you don't fit according to them, you may fail. Hence, pilots may get unemployed.
(#) We cannot fully blame of the government policies, but yes it's true that Government of India is spending a relative less budget on Aerospace and Aviation sectors, but Academies are consistently producing pilot. Hence, extra pilots may remain unemployed.

Avalon Aviation Academy is into training since long. It is a part of Aptech which is a very well-known name in the sphere of imparting skill based training. They have their own centers or franchisee in almost every major cities of India. In fact it can be said that this institution is one if the pioneers in this type of training. Their aviation related courses cover almost entire gamut of skills required in this field.
On the other hand, Skylark Institute of Travel is also an old hand in this field. It's a Delhi based skill level training institute operating since more than 30 years. They boast of good faculty and also placements of 100%.
To sum up, it can be said that both these skill based training institutions are having many years of experience with them. Both are having IATA certification that enables jobs in Industry. But finally, one must select an institution which is convenient to attend.

So, you are confused between if you can go to the ISRO or any space science after BCA, then let me clarify you that you cannot go just after BCA. The reasons are following:
(1) Indian Space Research Organization is the only organization in India which conducts all its space program. To enter in ISRO, you must have at least M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology. ISRO does not hire the candidates who are only graduates. And if they do then it's a very rare case. So, no chance to get admission there.
(2) ISRO wants the candidates who are specialized with the branches like Aerospace, Aeronautics, Astronautics, Electronics, computer science & IT, Remote sensing & Navigation, Communication, etc. In BCA, you will just get the basic knowledge of Computer Application, BCA is not the stream of core specialization in computer science. So, no chance to go there.
(3) Although, in Space Science Organization, there are huge vacancies for computer science and IT students. But don't ever think to go there with only your graduation degree and no work experience. They do have a ton of weightage on your work experience in a particular field. Through BC, if you can't handle their ultra complex software and programming features. You cannot encrypt the data as they want. So, there are a lot of things which you cannot do with just BCA.
So, I suggest you to do MCA after that from one of the premier institutions and have a lot of experience in any space science or related field. This might help you go get admission in ISRO.

When it comes to recruitment of flying crew members, age is secondary to the amount of flying experience that they have. The type of Pilot license they hold is also a matter of consideration:
Pilots with ATPL license are in demand for the position of commanders, ICAO licenses are acceptable at most of the places. Whereas airlines which operate in West look for FAA or JAAR licenses.
It depends on the work location and the role that the airline is recruiting for. In case of Captains the requirements may go up to 5000 hrs and 2500 hrs on type. On the other hand when it comes to selection for the position of First Officers the amount of hours required are reduced to 2000.
In case of international airlines, they look for experienced flying crew because usually in their countries the CPL license are issued after having flown for 1200 to 1500 hrs. As opposed to in India where we can obtain it at only 200hrs of flying.
Hence, the age gap starts from the beginning itself.

Cabin service-
