SNUCEE (Shiv Nadar University Chennai Entrance Exam) is the examination required for admission to Shiv Nadar University Chennai. SNU Noida has an intake of 252 for BTech programme. Candidates can get a seat in SNU BTech through JEE Main, SAT (college board), ACT or CUET scores. Apart from this, the university conducts SNUSAT + APT for admission to BTech courses. The shortlisted candidates are further required to come for a personal interview round. After all the selection rounds are over , shortlisted candidates receive an offer letter. The admission offer is conditional and subject to fulfilling eligibility criteria and payment of fees by the date mentioned in the offer letter.

All SNU Noida BTech Chemical Engineering students should register for a minimum of 18 CCC and 18 UWE credits. The total credits for CCC and UWE combined should be a minimum of 42. Below is semester-wise credit system:

JEE Main is one of the accepting exams for BTech admission at SNU Noida. High performers may be offered direct admissions based on their JEE (Mains) score in 2024 or 2023. The University reserves the right to interview the candidate in case needed. Candidates with 76 percentile in JEE Main have the chance of getting into BTech programme of SNU.
The aggregate requirement is at least 65% in Class 12. Aspirants scoring equal or above can easily get into BTech CSE programme of SNU Noida.

Yes, SNU Chennai offers stipends and assistantships to full-time PhD students. Whereas, part-time scholars are exempted from this facility. Students admitted to PhD course at SNU Chennai will receive a stipend of INR 20,000 per month, with free shared accommodation in the campus. The university also provides contingency amount of INR 25,000 per annum for research activities.
Note: The stipend is subject to the satisfactory performance in the program, which shall be evaluated continuously, in compliance with the University research regulations.

SNU Chennai PhD admissions 2024 are open for the January Session. The last date to apply for the same was Nov 24, 2023. However, the written exam dates have not been released on the official website. Candidates are requested to keep checking SNU Chennai's website or the administrative office of SNU Chennai for more updates.
