If you say affordable MBA, then I would say India, because top MBA institutions offer MBA courses on very reasonable prices if we compare them to foreign colleges. Now, go on to your second question- Singapore viable option? No, its not necessary that you have to appear for GATE to take admission in NUS. Based on your performance in the previous exams and the exams which are conducted for foreign admission, you can easily get admission.

You need minimum 4 lacs.

Its fee structure starts from 3 Lacs for Diploma but if you want under graduation then it starts from 12 lacs.
