Yes, you can, in fact, IELTS or TOEFL is not mandatory for Indian students coming from English medium schooling. But you must always get it checked and confirmed by the desired college or university you are planning to apply to.

Typical requirements are that you must possess a B.Arch degree, some universities or programs may require few years of work experience. Top universities like NUS require very high academic grades. The best way to find out is by visiting university websites yourself and prepare accordingly.

At the outset, let me congratulate you on your decision to do hospitality programme from Singapore. If you want to migrate to the USA ultimately, then try and do your internship with a good brand in the USA. Once you finish your programme, join a good brand who has a great presence in the USA.
