Hello,
You are actually already abroad. So you are in a better position to answer your query. Universities abroad normally understand and accept 10+2 students for an undergraduate course. But diplomas are not equated with 10+2 and hence I feel it would be difficult for you to go anywhere for graduation with diploma. But perhaps in Singapore itself you can bid for admission for B.Tech.

Hello Vaibhav,
At an undergraduate level, you need to have a good academic record and also, finance to sustain abroad for three years. At PG level too, academics plays an important role but finance takes a little back seat.
However, there are many nuances and hence it's best to approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad.

Hi Akshay, For Bachelor's degree courses, you must take the SAT and the IELTS or TOEFL but it depends on which university you are applying to. You should visit the university websites for details. See here:

Hi Sandiya Deepthi, different universities have different admission requirements. Also every program has its specific requirements. Depending on what you want to study you may have to take the GRE. IELTS or TOEFL may be required too. Scholarships are on merit base, once you apply you will be considered. In general it is competitive.

Hi Akshay, this will depend on your academic grades, extracurricular activities, how you utilized your gap period, etc. You have not provided any concrete information based on which a good answer can be given. You can check the university websites for specific entry requirements, write to the universities and proceed accordingly.
