NUS and NTU are not only Asia's top ranked but now a globally top ranked universities and hence very selective. You should try for nothing less than 80% or at least 75% to be considered.

This program is taught in Chinese and English so you have to know these languages. You must also complete your Bachelor's degree with very good grades especially in maths. TOEFL is not mandatory but check with them once again. The requirements are clearly given here:
http://www.nbs.ntu.edu.sg/Programmes/ChinaProgrammes/MscFinance/English/admissions/Pages/Requirements.aspx
It also says 'applicants with work experience in finance, commerce and management will have an advantage over those without relevant work experience'.

Apart from GMAT they will see how you will contribute to the class based on your knowledge and experience. They will try to know the reason for pursuing NUS instead of MBA. Basically, you must have very good career plans and prove to them that you are a worthy candidate. Jot down your strengths, your unique deeds at the workplace, showcase your leadership skills, etc. You will find more of these on the NUS B-school website.
