Check with the Singapore Medical Council. International graduates are allowed for further study only after recognition and evaluation of the degree earned in India. Here some links you may check:

Similarly, in Malaysia, check with their council. You may have to give the GRE.

You can apply after clearing GRE and TOEFL. TOEFL may still be waived off but GRE is compulsory. Only NUS students are exempted from taking GRE. Always check university websites for requirements.

80% is a good score for NUS. Since you are from CBSE, you need not take the SAT but check their website again. Admission will, overall, depend on your SOP, LOR, extracurriculars, etc.
