My friends were studied at both National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University ( one for Bachelor degree and the other one for master degree). I have friends in both places too. I think both of them are good. But I think that NUS is better with more practical knowledge and projects. At my time, NTU was more heavy in theory and less practice compared with NUS. Note: I studied at NTU School of Computer Engineering for my Bachelor degree and NUS School of Computing.

(For undergraduate, that'd be freshman year, sophomore year, junior year and senior year, or in India, 9th grade onwards until 12th grade. )
Hope this helps. Fe
