Hi Imeh
For making secure admission in Europe, Singapore or New Zealand for Masters by February go through these steps. For New Zealand, Europe or Singapore first step is preparing for Masters in New Zealand is choosing a subject then check the university you want to apply and check for eligibility. Some universities require GRE for admission but countries like Newzealand put emphasis on work experience the clear tests like TOEFL IELTS which are English proficiency test and then you can take admission in these countries.

The first option is to apply directly to the university of your choice. If the university you are attending is not a partner of the university you wish to study at while in Singapore, some universities such as the National University of Singapore offer a non-degree programme for exchange students.
