Hi Lokesh,
Singapore's NTU has a course which costs about 15 lakhs in tuition for one year. USA has many options but would be costlier than Singapore.

Start researching on the universities. You can check QS world ranking to know about the top or best universities in these countries. Visit their websites and check the individual university admission requirements. You must take GRE and TOEFL or IELTS and to get into the top competitive universities you must score high.
