NUS and NTU are renowned worldwide. For free structure please visit the department websites. The fee is around Rs.15 to Rs.20 lakhs a year.

If you are planning to join Amity, it is better you join Amity in India itself. If you are planning to go abroad including Singapore look for top business schools in these countries reputed worldwide. National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University and Singapore Management University are Singapore's top most. Check for AACSB and AMBA affiliations when applying for an MBA.

Singapore have the better prospect.

Unfortunately it might not be possible for you to get into Singapore universities with 30 backlogs, as the universities are highly reputed in Singapore. I've seen people getting rejected with strong profiles.

You need to score over 95% in class 12 and get a decent score in AIEE or IIT JEE. SAT exam is not mandatory, but if you score well, it will increase your chance. You can also appear for IELTS, and you need to score 6 band.

You have to clear some exams like TOFEL and SAT.

It mainly depends on the B-school and affordability for the student. So, check the QS world ranking for best MBA schools and decide. My suggestion is Singapore, Canada and then New Zealand.

GMAT is the exam you got to crack.
