Getting a CSE department seat in sastra is very difficult. It's totally based on how many students applied and attended for counselling. So try upto last counselling or join in any branch get GPA above 9 in first year you will be a given a CSE seat from 2nd year.

You didn't mention about any branch preference. So you can easily get any branch seat in sastra kumbakonam try upto last counselling even of you didn't get in 1st one.

Yes, you can get seat in reva university with your marks in boards.

The B.Com course fee in asked college is about Rs 20000 per year. The College have total 360 seats in B.Com course and follows the guidelines of University of Pune in admission, hence reservation rules of SPPU will be applicable here.

The 70% of B.Tech admissions in Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering are based on entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the Govt. of AP. The candidates will be admitted strictly in accordance with the merit secured at the Entrance Examination keeping in view the rules in force regarding the reservations of seats of various categories of candidates.
While the 5% seats are for NRIs and remaining 25% seats from JEE Main or EAMCET ranks holders. Thereafter, if any seats still remain unfilled such seats may be filled on merit basis with candidates securing not less than 45% (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved categories)
