The cutoff rank for Civil engineering in JNTU, Kakinada is 3.5k. But your rank is around 7k which is very high. So you probably can't get in JNTUK. Considering that u are a general quota student if u are having a rank somewhat between 5000 to 8000 then u have a good chance of getting CSE in NMIT.
And if ur rank is between 8000 to 10000 then you can get ISE if u want
