Andhra Pradesh EAMCET is an entrance exam conducted to get admissions in engineering colleges organized by the Andhra Pradesh State board. The cutoff rank for Civil engineering in JNTU, Kakinada is 3.5k. But your rank is around 7k which is very high. So you probably can't get in JNTUK. There are many other colleges where you can get admissions
SVU
ANITS
GVP college of engineering
Acharaya Nagarjuna University college of engineering and technology
JNTU, Kadapa
JNTU, Kalikiri

Considering that u are a general quota student if u are having a rank somewhat between 5000 to 8000 then u have a good chance of getting CSE in NMIT.
And if ur rank is between 8000 to 10000 then you can get ISE if u want

Pharmacy industry is major growing sector in india in upcoming future. You are on the correct path and now be focused on your studies and on practical experiences. Also placements are quite good and security of job is about 25 to 40000 rupees per month without any experience and its good to opt. Thank you
best of luck.
