Based on last year's ranking cut off, there is a good probability of you getting into Production Engineering, EEE, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Chemical Engineering (Plastics and Polymer), Mechanical Engineering or Biotechnology branches at BIT Mesra.
You may also try for other branches at our BIT Patna, BIT Deoghar and BIT Jaipur campuses.

ELIGIBILITY:
The candidates satisfying the following criteria are eligible for admission to M.Tech Programmes in
VSSUT, Burla.
1.1 (a) The minimum qualification for admission to any M.Tech programme is B.Tech/equivalent in the
relevant discipline.
(b) Candidates with degrees considered equivalent to B.Tech such as those obtained in the examinations
conducted by Professional bodies (such as AMIE and AMIM) are also eligible for admission.

There may be problem in placement as all big companies placement cutoff is 60% and above throughout the carrier. So ,You have to face such problem when you seat in placement. But VIT is so good college you will get place in companies who criteria is 55% and above .Or you may develop skills and do more and more internships to build your resume awesome and effective and score good marks in semesters that will definitely help you or you may go for gate exam or higher study .
