If it is for B.Arch it's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs as the seats are limited to less than 600 in all NITs. If it's B.Tech programme, you can get admission in most of the NITs. And, I suggest you to go with College predictor tool, which will help you choose right college.

Not a big problem, learn Chemistry step wise, just strenghthen your basics. Physical Chemistry is gonna be quite difficult for you to learn, just take your time and ensure that you understand.
