The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for JJ college or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration

At present, the admission to the Physics programme in TIFR is for Ph.D. degree only. TIFR do not admit students for M.Sc. Or M.Phil separately (please see the SBP-Guidelines). Eligibility :- An M.Sc. It depends on your rank. With percentile alone, we can't predict the seat. By the way you got very good marks, as per your percentile i.e only 20.77 % candidates scored higher marks than you.
