I think it is not possible to get a seat in IIIT Sricity, but you can expect the seat in the Spot round if seats are empty.

You can compare your rank with previous year's category wise cutoff's ranks of NITs at:-
https://josaa.nic.in/josaaorcrarchieve/Result/OpeningClosingRankArchieveN.aspx?Year=2017.
Check for the Home State NIT first. Also this year's round 1 counselling ranks at: https://josaa.nic.in/webinfocms/Public/View.aspx?page=71.
Best of luck.

Hello Rajesh,
Admissions in NIT's are based on rank of JEE Mains. If you score well in JEE Mains then you have a chance of getting admission in your desired college and branch. Else you can think of getting admission via lateral mode in college within your state.

Hello Udai,
There are good possibilities to get admission in PSGIM with 43.33 under SC Quota, because 42 is the last years lowest cut off under BC Quota to get admission in PSGIM. Still, it depends on student's choices on MBA institutions this year. All the best.

Hello Guru, dynamics of seat allotments is unfathomable for second and subsequent rounds. It all basically depends on how students view a particular college and branch. Hence I would advise you to not loose hope and hope for the best.
