To be frank, your rank is not good but still you have chances to study in VIT Vellore with your desired branch.

Getting this branch at this score in the SASTRA University is quiet difficult and seems impossible as according to last year records, but you must apply for this university may be can grab any vacant seat this year.

As you have scored 99 marks in NATA, it will be a little BIT difficult for you to get admission in this college. As last year cut off was 110. But, still I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling process.
