To be eligible for admission to the BE/BTech course at St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering and Technology (SVPCET), the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 with Physics or Mathematics as compulsory subjects from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for either the JEE Mains or the MHT CET exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course.

 St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering and Technology (SVPCET), Nagpur, is a well-known private institution founded in 2004 and is affiliated with Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. It has been accredited with an 'A' grade by the NAAC.

It has a wonderful infrastructure system comprising modern laboratories, Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, and hostels. It offers a placement percentage of about 60-70% with companies like TCS and Capgemini (the highest package INR 8 LPA). The college has released the branch-wise placement data for 2024.  A total of 65 Computer Engineering, 39 IT, 64 ETE, 21 EE, 28 ME, and 15 Civil Engineering students were placed. The overall the highest package stood at INR 8 LPA and was offered to IT students.
