To convert your Indian credits into ECTS credits, you must know the conversion factor or conversion ratio between the two. This conversion ratio varies and depends on your course and university. Now, follow the below-given steps to convert Indian credits to ECTS credits:

  • Obtain the conversion factor: Contact your university's international office or study abroad advisor to get the conversion factor.
  • Multiply the credit hours: Multiply the number of credit hours for each course by the conversion factor.
  • Calculate total ECTS credits: Add up the ECTS credits for all your completed courses to get your total.
