Personal pronouns are used to refer to specific people or things. They can take the form of first-person, second-person, or third-person in various cases. These pronouns provide specificity and clarity in communication, allowing individuals to identify who is involved in the action or conversation.

Impersonal pronouns, on the other hand, do not refer to specific individuals. Instead, they indicate generality and anonymity. Impersonal pronouns make general statements applicable to anyone.

In addition, Impersonal Pronouns are often used in more formal contexts ("one") compared to Personal Pronouns, which are commonplace in everyday conversation.

They do help in the covering of a part of the expense, but not entirely. Among the various scholarships offered at the university are the International Academic Excellence Scholarship awarding a tuition fee reduction of up to 25% (INR 3,50,000 to INR 4,00,000), along with others like the Country Scholarship awarding up to 20% off the tuition fee (INR 2,80,000 to INR 3,20,000). Of course, living expenses, which can be in the range of INR 8,00,000 to INR 12,00,000 yearly, may not be covered. The prospective students may have to supplement any loans or scholarships with individual funding sources, such as part-time work or external scholarships. 

The Coventry University also allows the average students to apply for scholarships. Although merit-based scholarships usually appeal to high academic achievements, the Coventry University has various scholarships that take into account factors other than academic merit such as financial need, extracurricular activities, or community service. A good example is the Coventry University Scholarship, which is up to 25% in discounts of tuition fees (INR 3,50,000 to INR 4,00,000) for students who have scored a minimum of 55% in their undergraduate degree. The university also offers a Country Scholarship which offers up to a 20% discount toward tuition fees (INR 2,80,000 to 3,20,000) for students from India. 

Students seeking scholarships to study for an MS at Coventry typically require 60-70% in their undergraduate degree. Some of them may require higher percentages, generally 75 or 80 percent, to be eligible. Furthermore, the candidates must fulfill the requisite criteria of demonstrating academic excellence, research vivacity, or some other criteria at least in moderation. There are various forms of scholarships made available, including the International Academic Excellence Scholarship with a tuition discount of up to 25% on the fees (around INR 2,81,250) for students with a minimum of 70% in their undergraduate degree. So there are other scholarship programs as well: the Commonwealth Scholarship requires at least 65% with a discount of around INR 2,30,750. 

The Indian students who have enrolled at Northeastern University will be able to find accommodations in the USA through various online platforms. Zillow offers more than 15,000 listings in Boston, starting at around $1,200 (90,000 INR) per month. Trulia lists over 10,000 apartments for rent, with prices in the range of $1,500 (1,12,500 INR) to $3,000 (2,25,000 INR) per month. Craigslist and Facebook Groups tend to have many listings, beginning from $800 (60,000 INR) for a room in a shared apartment. Homestay options are available from $800 (60,000 INR) per month while the Northeastern University off-campus housing website provides other resources and listings.
