The duration of Thompson Rivers University MBA is two years. To take admission to MBA course at TRU, the applicants are required to meet the following requirements:

• A three or four-year UG degree in any discipline with a minimum B average or 3.0 GPA in the last 60 credits
• English language proficiency score: IELTS (7.0) / PTE (Overall 68) / TOEFL IBT (94 minimum score with no section below 20)
• A strong background in Algebra and Statistics is required

The application fee for international applicants willing to apply at TRU is CAD 100. It is a non refundable application fee. To complete the application at TRU, students are required to apply online for both UG and PG programs. The applicants can pay the application fee for TRU via credit card.

The IELTS score requirement at TRU varies as per the courses. So, for direct entry into the undergraduate academic programs, the applicants need 6.5+ with no bands below 6.0 in IELTS. On the other hand, the IELTS score requirement for graduate programs varies from course to course. The general IELTS score range for admission to graduate programs is 6.0+ - 7.0+.
