The Technical University of Berlin does not charge any tuition fees for most courses including UG however there might be exceptions for continuing education in some specific master's programs out of which students must pay a semester fee that varies slightly each semester. But overall the university is free for most of it's students and it is suggested that applicants must check the specific requirments to avoid confusion at the last minute.
