Essentially, nearly all medical courses in Australia are rated at Level 9 as a Master's programme and award the Doctor of Medicine MD degree. This is usually a four-year graduate degree offered by many of Australia's leading universities. Almost all Australian Universities accept the 3-year graduation system for entry into most postgraduate courses. For instance, an Indian Bachelor's degree like B.A. B.Com. Or B.Sc. (ordinary) is equivalent to an Australian Bachelor (Ordinary) Degree with a total education of 12 years.

Students seeking admission in any medical college in the US should take up the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) and have a valid MCAT score. MCAT is a computer-based, standardized examination for students looking to study medicine in US. The Indian doctors have to pass the above exams exam with high marks (230+). During this period, the students can give USMLE-2 CK exam in India to qualify for the Residency in USA. The doctors can then apply for work visa in USA once they get the residency confirmation.

You need to clear CA exams to give CPA papers, or you need a graduation or equivalent degree to give that exam. The process of giving CPA exam is almost same in all countries, to become a CPA the candidate must first pass the eligibility criteria, and myst pass 1 and 2 levels examination. You can't give this exam after your class 12th papers, you need to study more.
