Hello Krishna Kolla, tuition fees for different branches of engineering are normally same in a particular college but this varies from college to college and from institution to institution. Ofcourse. Some colleges accept backlogs in Canada. As you got 6.5 in IELTS you can search on the website. But you do have a chance in Canadian colleges.
