Hello Sourav, yes indeed. There are many advantages of pursuing you are MS from either USA or from any European or Western countries. This is so because there will be plenty of opportunities in this countries for the students to get absorb after completion of their post graduation studies. Majority of the students who pursue their MS abroad also have stated that the course content, as well as the way subjects, are being taught and handled in universities or institutions abroad is much better than the process adopted here in India. If you ask UPSC would be a better option in a long run, as there are more than enough CA in INDIA, So in coming years CA might not get a lot of employment.
