Hello Rakesh,
It is very good idea to go to New Zealand for your Bachelors in civil engineering. New Zealand offers good prospects after studying and even allows students to work for 20 hours a week when you are studying. New Zealand is one of the best economies in the world and offers a wide variety of jobs. In addition, the population of New Zealand is not expanding and hence they are in need of migrants who can settle in New Zealand and work for them. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about studying for civil engineering in New Zealand and all allied information. https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/ne

MBA from abroad is fancy and has lots of opportunities awaiting you. You must go for it and also the scholarship depends on the college's criteria. Some might offer you partial scholarship while on the other hand some might offer a full scholarship to you. You need to research and invest your time by finding out the colleges of your choice and study their policy. Good luck Mate.

Yes, many universities just require IELTS or TOEFL, but that varies from university to university. You can get a decent university through it. All the best!

It is perfectly fine. Not everyone can crack the job interviews at the first instance. Sometimes, good things take time to happen. Don't lose faith in yourself. Learn from your past interviews as to where exactly did you lack in. Work upon them, and be optimistic. Good luck.
