Hi,
Scholarships are provided by universities or external sponsors, most information are obtainable from university websites. They are given on merit. Some scholarships may ask you to submit essays etc. While for some you will considered for it at the time of application by default. You can go about checking university websites for specific instructions and information.

Hi,
The scholarship amount varies as per the university and student profile. It is difficult to say, it can range from 1000 USD to 40,000 USD. Scholarships are generally given on merit, its upto the university or the sponsor. Yes, you can apply for education loan and scholarships simultaneously. Visit DAAD India website for scholarship information while studying in Germany.

Hi,
It is possible to apply but you already hold a Master's degree and a double Masters is not easily accepted. Also, MHA programs require some relevant work experience. If you are really interested gain some relevant clinical or health sector experience for a year or so and start applying. And this applies for most Maharashtra programs elsewhere other than Canada.

Hi,
A part-time job won't be sufficient to bear the entire expense. Also, you need to show the expenses for one year before enrolling yourself.
