Hi Sreekanta,
Yes, surely, you can study abroad but you have to meet admission requirements like your academic grades, you must take the IELTS or TOEFL, some countries even need a GRE score for Masters. You should also personally contact the universities before they apply. It is always advisable to get in touch with the universities directly, shows that you are serious. They may require some additional evaluation of your 12th transcripts which you have to do. Please write to them first and only then start preparing.

Since you are an international student, you are going to have to pay out of state tuition rates for whichever school you attend. So, your tuition is going to be high. For engineering/business that means, your tuition will be in the ballpark of $35,000 per year. Your yearly cost of doing a Masters would be around $40,000, which includes your accommodation, tuition, and other expenses related to the course.
Regards.

Hi Mimanshi, If you want to settle in USA, its better you look for universities in USA itself so that you get a OPT or CPT. But mind you its very strict and not easy and these are mainly for STEM subjects. Refer to some ranking websites like QS and visit university websites and have an idea of what they have to offer, the programs, career assistance, rankings, admission requirements, fees, etc. Match your profile with the admission requirements, you will know better if you are an average student or better than average and accordingly, you can select your universities. Check the GRE and TOEFL score requirements. For fashion programs GRE

Most of the German and Canadian Universities require minimum of 6.5/9 in IELTS and sometimes even minimum of 6 in each section
Try to score at least 7/9 in IELTS and it's not that tough to score.
