The main criteria is to have extremely good marks. More than 75% is recommended. Your internship, projects will be counted. Publications, research work etc. Are added advantage. You must also take the IELTS. If you know German language its another plus point.

USA and Singapore for some of the best architectural programs and skills. You can also consider Germany, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Italy, Canada etc. You have to choose basis your budget etc. You have to see if your profile meets the admission requirements or not. Go through university websites in specific countries, check the requirements, fees etc. and choose.

If you don't have work experience you are advised to gain some practical skills before you study further. And, also, you hold an MBA so universities won't accept you into any programme easily unless you are sure of the worth yourself. If you have work experience you can look for certification courses in Finance or Executive MBA, if you have 8 or more years of experience.

You have to first decide where you want to study, remember that every country has different admission requirements and you have to prepare accordingly. Mainly, you have to maintain good academic record, so work hard on your studies, if you are a good student you will have options everywhere. You must also take the TOEFL or IELTS for English language proficiency requirements. You may have to take exams like SAT or ACT if you want to study in USA.

Duration is 1 or 2 years for MBA and it depends from country to country. In USA, it is usually of 2 years. But in other countries, it can be 15 to 24 months or so. In UK and Australia, you will find MBA programs of 1 year duration.

You can do your Masters in Law or go for more discipline oriented studies like Masters in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Cyber Law, international business, human resource, labour laws etc. You may think of MBA in Legal Studies but most MBA programs require work experience. Decide as per your interest.

I don't get what you mean by reliable universities. Nevertheless to be accepted by Canadian universities you have to be academically strong, around 75% is required by majority of the top ranking ones. Good quality internship, projects, research work etc. will be considered. Your IELTS score is alright, so if you have a consistently good academic performance you will have a chance.

German universities require 13 years education, you cannot apply directly after 12th. You have to either complete the first year of a Bachelor degree programme in India or clear IIT-JEE Adv. Additionally you have to know German language, clear the TestDaf and also IELTS for English language requirements. Maintain a good academic record, you must be academically brilliant to be accepted by German universities.
