Hello Anand,
It's great to know your dreams of studying abroad. But please remove this notion of cheap university. Ho for the best. Abroad, there are enough opportunities to work and learn. Also Indian Banks also provide educational loan for study abroad.I would therefore advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students to US.

USA is very expensive. American universities require GRE score that's mandatory. If you have good aggregate in your academics, you can apply for scholarships by giving tofel or IELTS and it's not mandatory.
Some coarse are:
Master of Engineering in Microelectronics Manufacturing Engineering M.Sc
Master's Programme in Embedded Sensor Systems
MPhil in Electronic and Computer Engineering
Master of Engineering (Electronic Systems)
MRes Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Master of Science in Electronics and ICT Engineering Technology.

Sorry to say, but you can't take admission in Canada with 54% marks. They require minimum of 65% marks. If you are really fascinated to go to Canada and do Diploma or engineering, you need to maintain the aggregate of 65% marks.

You can, but you should have at least 2 year experience, or if you have any reference in Canada, then you can go for Canada by giving IELTS exam and you should score 7 band to get visa. If you manage to score that much, you can easily go to Canada to work. Next to Germany, now a days Canada is growing destination for mechanical and civil engineers to work and study.

Hi Joshus,
The eligibility criteria is different with different universities. A decent academic percentage of atleast 60% and an IELTS score of 6.5 above is required mostly. You have to check university websites for more specifications.

Hi Preet, After completing your studies you can apply for a post-study work permit, if your degree is of 1-year then your work permit will be of 1-year too. You can look for a job during this time, whether or not you will get a job will depend on your academic performance, networking and leadership skills, internship, industrial tie-up of your college, etc. So if you plan out correctly you can get a job.

Hi Manish,
German universities are known to be very affordable. Fees may be zero or upto Euro1000 per semester which is more or less like an examination fee. Please refer to this link and check the university specific fee structure:
