Hi Ami Patel,
This seems like a very incomplete query. You have to mention your desired program of study for experts to have an idea about your requirements or else you can choose any country of your choice, the top ones being Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Singapore, etc. You can find universities and programs here, check the budget, admission requirements, stay back options and decide accordingly.

Hi Amardeepsinh,
PGDM is what you want to do and that is itself a course, right? You need to be more specific with your query so that I can guide you better.

Yes, some universities may consider you. Apply on their official websites. It would have been better if you could have scored 7.

Scholarships can be found on the official websites of universities. I think, you need to see offers on sites. All the best.

Depends on what you want to learn. I think every country has their own style of teaching:
Spain: They have not just a lot history in architecture, but their contemporary architects are very good. Their offices and schools are very technical, very focused in the building process. I would recommend it if you want to learn about building.
England: They have some of the top schools, probably more than any other country. The Architectural Association is probably the school the the most renowned graduates (from Rem Koolhaas to Richard Rogers). Very futuristic. The Bartlett School of Design is also a very progressive school.
Japan: their school
