The best course will depend and vary from person to person. Every individual has his/her own likes, interest, priorities and career plans. As a commerce student you may ideally choose Bachelor degree programs in commerce, accounting and finance, economics, statistics, banking and so on. Other than that, you may need recommendations from your professors, and relevant work experience may also count.
All these factors combined are required for admission to a course in MS to institutes in Canada for MS.

You may have teaching experience but I am afraid about your eligibility. Also, your education background does not match. Without a prior degree in education, admissions will be challenging. You may still apply with a strong SOP citing your motivation and experience and why they should admit you. Take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements. You have to visit university websites to learn about the entry requirements. Please also email them and confirm about your eligibility before applying.
