You are advised to read the PR rules and protocols on the Australia immigration website, check the procedures and how you can apply. I hope you are aware of getting a job first and working in Australia before you could apply for a PR. This is the official link below:

It will be difficult without work experience as business schools prefer applicants with a minimum of 2-years of work experience for the MBA programmes. You can look out for PG Diploma programmes, very popular here and also you can check out the MS Management courses.

There are striking differences between the two programs. The answer will depend on which course you prefer and your career plans. A very ambiguous question and hard to comment on since you have not mentioned which department you are applying to. Your CGPA does not seem bad, I believe you have to take the IELTS for the English language requirements. You should visit the university websites and check the entry requirements of the respective programme you are applying to.

A majority of the Master's degree programmes target international students, so you will find most of these programmes are taught in English. Though knowledge of German language is highly recommended, it may not be compulsory, a number of universities offer German language classes to the international students at Masters level.

A very good university for this subject. I worry without mathematics you are not eligible, how are you supposed to solve finance and accounts without mathematics? You may still speak with the university's admission officers if you could do any pre-requisite course to match the requirements.
