After having done B.Tech in CASE, why you want to change branch? Universities abroad are quite liberal in giving choice of subjects. But to do MS in Aeronautical engineering seems I little far fetched. But you may make an attempt.

Foreign engineering colleges (mainly US) ask for SAT exam (Standardized Test) along with TOEFL exam scores to allocate seats to foreign students. Similarly, for post-graduation, you need to take GRE and TOEFL respectively. These exams depend on the area where you want to take admission, Europe, US or UK. The scores vary for different institutes.
Hope that answers your query. Thank you.

Hi , if you are applying under SPP because Fanshawe is a SPP college then you are not eligible to apply with so many backlogs. Upto eight backlogs are accepted only. Even if a college or Fanshawe allows you to apply, visa chances are zero. You should keep other country options like Australia etc.See here if it helps

How you prepare for the exam will depend on your own calibre, there is no perfect answer since every student has his or her own calibre, timelines, etc. It may take a couple of weeks or may be months to prepare. One of the best way is to have your basics and fundamentals clear, take a lot of practice tests to understand the areas which need improvement, revise accordingly, a number of practice tests are available online on the college board website. Start working on your maths, memorize basic formulaes, expand your vocabulary knowledge, if needed take an external coaching help. Also don't forget to relax and do some stress busting

Generally, IELTS test must be taken and a clinical assessment test may be required depending on the university, many universities also require a minimum of 2 years clinical experience before applying for a Master's degree. I will advise you to visit university websites for specific entry requirements.
