Hello Mohit, a student or a person who has completed his diploma in engineering can seek admission directly into second year of engineering of 4 year degree course. The institute that you are talking about does not mention that it is either a deemed to be university or the degree awarded by it will be recognised by a university that is approved by the UGC. in view of this I feel that your efforts and money will be futile if you went out in this institute for study.
