There is an anti-ragging unit on campus, and anyone discovered engaging in ragging will receive TC immediately. As a result, there is no need to be concerned about ragging on campus. Maintain a professional appearance so that faculty members won't ever question you. Talking between boys and girls is permitted on the property, but do not abuse it. Keep your GPA high so that it will be helpful for placements. Cell phones are permitted in the classroom, however you must be careful not to offend the teachers.

There isn't a strict dress code on campus, but there are some guidelines that must be followed. For example, boys aren't supposed to wear collarless t-shirts, yet the majority of them do so periodically. Boys must wear shoes, while girls may wear slippers. Girls should refrain from wearing tight trousers and crop tops to prevent being seen by the security at the entrance GATE. A valid ID card is required on campus; if you don't have one, you must purchase one at the desk next to security, failing which you must leave the premises.

Yes, Sathyabama University offers direct admissions, where you can apply for admission by going right to the campus. Those who apply for direct admission may pay a higher fee than those who take an entrance exam. If majority of the seats are full, the price can go up. Thus, saving a lot of money by joining as soon as feasible.

Separate hostel options are offered for both males and girls. In various mess halls, a range of vegetarian and meat dishes are given to the pupils. The students who live in the hostel have access to free Wi-Fi. Every month, each student is allowed three outings. Numerous PGs, like Lavender Gents PG and Women's PG, NU'S PG, Flower's Ladies Hostel, and others are available nearby if the student does not feel comfortable in the hostel.

Sathyabama University states that in order to enrol in the B.Tech programme, you must have an average score of 60% of your overall grade. The cost schedule could change depending on the grade you received in school. Students applying to Sathyabama University must pass the SAEEE entrance exam in order to be accepted.

The minimum rank required for Integrated M.Tech in any branch at VIT Vellore campus is not fixed and varies every year based on the number of applicants and their scores. However, according to a few sources, a rank of around 3471 or 6722 may be required to get an Integrated M.Tech seat in VIT Vellore campus under category 1 in software engineering. The combined marks in all of the topics taken in a +2 (or its equivalent) should be 55 percent in PCM.

All of the faculty members are doctorates and have deep knowledge in their fields. So no worries in terms of teaching. All teacher will take the subject in an application oriented fashion. Hold your breathe and work hard.

On my personal experience I would once again suggest Computer Science core or with specializations receive the first royal treatment in terms of difficulty and placements. They are the ones looting the highest package every year. This year two students from Computer Science Core grabbed a whooping offer of Rs. 1.02cr LPA. I would rank the best courses in VIT as follows
